Cascade Women's Health — Our Staff
Our office is small and relaxed. The environment is pleasant and Portland-casual, but we aim for efficient respectful care. Our schedule is set up with accessibility in mind. Our receptionists and medical assistants are long-term members of the clinic and can help you with prompt appointments. They have ready access to our clinicians who can help with refills, suggestions for home care, and answers to your questions.

Office Staff
Terri
I have been here since our opening in 1999. I enjoy the comfort and ease of a small office setting which lends to a "family" atmosphere. I work in accounts payable and receivable and deal with insurance appeals. Though working with insurance companies can be challenging, it is always a pleasure to advocate on behalf of the patient.
Jenn
I've worked at Cascade Women's Health since 2003. I'm often the first person our patients see as they check in for their visits and I also greet them on the phone. The back office relies on me for some billing work and troubleshooting as well. I enjoy the opportunity to help our patients get what they need, appointments, information or a call from the nurse or doctor.
Nancy
I see my role as a facilitator--doing my best to help create a supportive environment and provide the necessary tools, supplies and information so that the doctor, nurse practitioner and staff are free to focus on caring for our patients. I have been at Cascade Women's Health since December 2007 and enjoy working in this relaxed, yet active, atmosphere.
Judy
Patients can meet me in almost any area of the clinic. I spend most days assisting in the exam areas and triaging questions on the phone, but I also help in setting up tests and arranging appointments. Since the start of our clinic in 1999, I've enjoyed getting to know our patients and their families; they are the people who make my work worthwhile.
